Karla.
Canada.
I talked to Karla today. She is Carlos's house-mate in Canada. I knew her here, and thought she is nice (there is even a pic on my journal somewhere, from when we went to watch Kirikou).Well, there is something I had to tell Carlos, and her cell phone is the only quick way to reach him. She was working, so we ended up talking.
Carlos's return date is approaching, but, apparently, he could ask for more time in Canada. She says he wants to return because I am here. He has convinced himself everything will be as it was before, thinking I just ended it because he was leaving, and only while he was gone.
I will have to talk to him before he returns, so he has a chance to stay there, if so he decides. He should not return here to something that is not there.
I always knew he was trying to blind himself to the truth, but did not want to really confront him to it while he was far away from most of his friends and support system. But if he is missing opportunities just because of that, it is better that I tell him now.
We will talk tomorrow night.
BTW, his birthday is next sunday (ouch).
Oh, and I just ordered really cheap PlayStation One games from Amazon (I had them on my sight since some time ago). They are Final Fantasy IX (have been wanting to play this one since last year, when I learned more about it; it seems like a game I would love), Final Fantasy VIII (Squall and Zell are so cute), and Chrono Cross (I saw my brother play it, and now I will be able to do it, as well). I also ordered Dragon Quest Swords, which I will play with Héctor. He will end up loving Dragon Quest or my name is not Roto.
