Final Fantasy IX.

So good...

I am so really loving this game. Final Fantasy IX may end up doing what none other could, taking the place of Final Fantasy V as my favorite game of the series!

It is so funny, entertaining, and so full of fantasy themes (n_n).

Zidane reminds me of pre-Gambit Remy LeBeau (okay, he reminds me of Gambit now, too), because he's always flirting and has some kind of likable arrogance, but he always tries to help (and not only himself, as Remy might have done from time to time). A funny part was when he asks Garnet about a cruise trip, forgetting he had in fact invited another girl (of course, she realized this).

I now have Quina, so I can start learning blue magic. I love blue magic! Well, perhaps I do love the collecting part of blue magic more than blue magic itself, but still, I like it.

I am also happy because I ordered "The Art of Final Fantasy IX" from Amazon a few days ago. Every comment about it stresses the fact that this is a very complete art book, meaning that all of the monsters, all of the locations, all of the events, all of the equipment, all of the vehicles and all of the characters are included! You surely know how this is a fan-artist's heaven! No more not being able to draw those secondary characters, now I will be able to draw anyone I want (n_n).

It will arrive to Rodrigo's house in Shelton, and Daniela will bring it to me when she comes back to Aguascalientes. In June...

César.

Mmm, somebody else that likes FFIX and Marvel... but also, how'd the art book turn out? I've been wanting to order it too...

It is still on the USA. A friend of mine will bring it in early June.

I am pretty sure it will turn out awesome, since no review contradicted the fact it is a very complete book, and that is what I was aiming for.

I saw a few of Amano's designs and they are all gorgeous (look at Brahne or Quina, they are on the web).

I'd say go for it and order it (you never know when they will raise the price). I should be posting my thoughts about it when I see it, so you can also wait until then.

And BTW, welcome to full-time LJing! It's not so bad here. Sometimes people will post less, and then come back after a few months (happens when school and/ or work gets the best of them). You may find it nice after a while.

Do you like Dragon Quest? Marvel and Dragon Quest are at the top of my "fandoms list" (as you may notice if you ever check my deviantART account, hahahaha). I love all Final Fantasies I have played, but there are still a few I need to play.

Thanks for responding, I'm used to people ignoring unsolicited comments I make. About full-time LJ: I've had one here for awhile, but was discouraged for a long time when my previous host (diary-x) had a terminal server crash. Funny that having massive computer problems myself are what gets me more active on LJ; I'm not good with communities anyway. What's your DeviantArt account name?

I'm not good with communities, but I do like individual-2-individual interaction, when they share the same interests.

Don't worry about the replies. The only way I wouldn't have replied is if I hadn't found this on my "My LJ" page. Since notifications go to my Hotmail account, which I check like once a month, My LJ is the only option for me to see new comments.

My id in dA is Cesar-Hernandez. It is full of fanart, and a few photographs, as well.
