Weekend.
Friday.
Cecilia de la Rosa's birthday!Had a pool party at a friend's "country house". It started at noon (free days for mexican schools and a few mexican jobs; not mine, mind you, I have USA holidays). I arrived after 18:30, but there was still some party left to enjoy.
There was a lot of fun, and some drunks, too (not me, though, I do not like alcohol).
That night I learned braces and blow jobs don't mix well (T_T).
Saturday.
Went to the bank in the morning. Óscar (my flat-mate, not my brother) and his girlfriend gave me a ride.After noon, we went to a swimming pool (I wore the exact same clothes as I did the day before, heheheh). I had time to play some Final Fantasy IX before that, though. We picked Taiwanese food at Sofi's before going, but then we were so full we had to rest for a long time. When we noticed it, it was already 16:00, so we just had one hour and a half to swim. Water was so hot, though, that I didn't feel much like swimming, and just stayed motionless in the water, hahahaha. It was like being in the bathtub. I hate hot water... Heat drains all my energy... Cold re-energizes me!
Ave Alejandra and I wanted to watch "La Cama", this years play presented by La Columna, a theater troop. We arrived only half an hour before the show, because we were late due to various reasons. By that time, the line to enter was so large... We decided to go see another play, "Decir Adiós", in el Teatro Morelos, one block away from la Casa de la Cultura. We will watch La Cama on wednesday. This play had the actors doing acrobatics, and flying with cables above the public (n_n).
After the play, we went to el Cuarto de Arriba, a café I really dig. We stayed there talking and relaxing. Oh, and we met Carlos Ernesto there, you may remember him as my former boyfriend. He looked very happy (n_n), so I am happy for him.
We then walked home (during la Feria, it is better to simply walk if you can, because it takes so long to get a free cab).
Sunday.
Went to Sunday Mass.Stayed playing a lot of Final Fantasy IX. I love it! I have been collecting blue magic with Quina. I just arrived to the first moogle inside Cleyra (I hate not knowing if I am using the correct original names for places, since I have not played this in Japanese).
I have liked every character so far. Even NPCs are so lovable! The Queen looks straight out of a fairy tale (the real ones, with menacing enemies, but with cool illustrations). The plot begins to show its dark colors (but a lot of colors, nonetheless).
The first disc was kind of short, but ended with our first look at Kuja, who you start seeing more and more on disc two. He's got a waist and hips that would make more than one guy horny (and het ones, I mean). I liked his hair on the first movie clip, when he leaves the defeated party.
I was supposed to clean the house, but I will do it today (n_n).
BTW, Iron Man started showing on April 30th, but it would start on the morning (it is Día del Niño, Children's Day). Since there was no midnight showing (you know I love those), there was no point in going the first day, nor the first weekend, because it would be full of people who don't really care about Tony. Ave and I will go next Tuesday.
