Christmas.

I went back to Torreón for Christmas. It was a quiet one, but I stayed up late almost every night.

José Luis.

JL came back for the holidays, too. It was good to see him again. And his family invited mine for Christmas dinner (n_n). We watched Chronicles of Narnia together.

Claudio Iván.

Claudio is my friend from the comic book store I worked in. After a strange chain of events, he gave me the Final Destination DVD as a present (O_o). This is one of my favorite movies, and he knew it because I solicited the Final Destination comic book (n_n). Thanks, Claudio.

Paul Geoffrey.

Geoffrey is just the same as always. Sometimes I wonder if he'll ever grow up. But he's kind of funny the way he is.

Beatriz.

Betty, my eternal love (X_x). I finally met her daughter, 3-months-old Victoria, as beautiful as her. If I ever had children, I wished she would be their mother (#_#). I like how her family treats me whenever we meet, too (n_n).

Drawing material.

I took my color pencils with me to Torreón, but did not use them even once (u_u).

Video games.

Ah! Playing Dragon Quest VIII isn't the same when I do it in my father's TV. The sounds are amazing (O_o).

And I got Jubilee on my team in X-Men Legends at last. I haven't played it a lot, since I usually play while I am having supper, and this game requires the use of both hands. That, and I hated falling off the edges in the snowy mission (none of the computer characters fell, but I did at least three times (>_<)).

Back home.

I came back to work today, and I received some very bad news: the restaurants at the building I work in will remain closed all week long (X_x). Of course, there are a lot of other options close by, but I don't like going out of the building because I waste time and also 'cause I despise direct sunlight.

Carlos Ernesto.

Carlos had been worrying because he felt I was behaving weirdly with him. He said I wasn't "communicative" or "tender" anymore.

Now, everyone who knows me, knows I am not communicative or tender in the least, just ask my family; but he argued that I was different some time ago.

After a while, he told me it was 'cause the cell phone messages I send him don't include any "love words". And now I know what he meant.

Since cell phone messages can be easily intercepted, I chose not to be very explicit in them. He had not thought about that, but he is feeling better now (n_n).

At work.

I arrived to see my work place had been used as a trash can. This is standard procedure here, whenever someone is away on free days (u_u).

I will use this week to rest, in preparation for the new year's festivities in Guadalajara (where Rictor is from (n_n)).
